Faculty of Dentistry’s session at the RCSI’s annual Charter Meeting
The Maxillary Teeth & The Maxillary Sinus – Friends or Enemies?
The Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) annual Charter Meeting will take place in person on Tuesday, 10 to Saturday 14 February 2026, at RCSI in Dublin.
The Faculty of Dentistry is participating in this flagship RCSI event on Thursday 12 February, from 14:15 to 16:30 with a session titled The Maxillary Teeth & The Maxillary Sinus – Friends or Enemies?
Introduced by Dr Johanna Glennon, the Honorary Secretary of the Faculty of Dentistry, the session features:
- Dr Andrew Bolas, Senior Dental Radiologist, DDUH and Oral Surgeon on Dental Radiography – The Relationship Between the Maxillary Teeth and the Maxillary Sinus.
- Dr Pat Cleary, Private Licence Limited to Endodontics, on The Root to the Sinus.
- Mr Michael Walsh, Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist, Tallaght and RCSI, on Unilateral Sinusitis – Are the Teeth Involved?
- Mr Conor Bowe, Consultant and Maxiliofacial Surgeon, St Jame’s, on The Maxiliofacial Surgeon’s Perspective on Teeth and the Maxillary Sinus.
