Applications sought for oral health bursary

Projects urged to apply for research group award

Dental professionals and dental teams are being encouraged to apply for a €1,500 bursary to promote the communication of oral health promotion projects across Ireland.

The 2017 bursary is organised by the Oral Health Promotion Research Group (OHPRG), Ireland and, this year, is sponsored by the Dental Health Foundation.

Applications are being welcomed from individuals or teams and should describe a recent or planned oral health promotion project in which they have been involved.

Previously submitted applications are encouraged to review and reapply.

Applicants from the Health Services Executive must have the permission of their line manager to submit the proposal and the submission must bear the signature of their line manager.

The deadline for applications is 5pm on Friday ı September. The winning applicant will be notified no later than 8 September.
