Specialist business property adviser, Christie & Co, has announced its expansion into the Republic of Ireland dental market, bringing the UK’s largest dedicated dental brokerage and advisory team to a sector experiencing growing investor and operator interest.

With more than 90 years of experience in the business property sector, Christie & Co operates across the UK and Europe, providing brokerage, valuation, consultancy and advisory services to clients across a range of specialist sectors.

The firm’s award-winning dental team comprises 35 specialists and is the largest dedicated dental brokerage and advisory team in the UK. In 2025 alone, Christie & Co advised on, agreed, or completed the sale of 716 dental practices with a combined value exceeding £860 million through its agency, advisory, and professional services teams.

The move into the Republic of Ireland marks a significant milestone in Christie & Co’s growth strategy and further strengthens its position as the leading adviser to the dental sector.

The broker has just been engaged on a sell-side mandate for the divestment of 20 dental practices across the country, underlining both the appetite from practice owners exploring strategic options and the strength of buyer demand.
