Two-day Digital Treatment Co-Ordinator Masterclass for Northern Ireland

Dr Marcos White is recognised as one of the UK’s most prominent opinion leaders for digital dentistry and intra-oral scanning.

He has developed a 2-day Digital TCO Masterclass which is taking place at the L. S. Browne Centre in Northern Ireland on 28 and 29 March 2022 where he will share his expert knowledge on how to perfect the patient consultation by making the most of intra-oral scanning and digital technology.

The most compelling aspect of Marcos’ story is that he started his professional career as a single surgery NHS practice. He chose to invest in quality and tech from an early point in the resolute belief that this would draw patients to him who valued excellence. “Build it and they will come,” he says.

More recently, Marcos has tracked his revenue growth since adopting digital to measure the impact it has had on his business. After he invested in his very first iTero scanner he saw 33 per cent increase in revenue in the first 12 months. He doubled his revenue in the following three years. Finally, and most recently, he has trebled annual sales in the six years since going digital, and two of those were through a global pandemic.

Marcos believes and preaches that he has nothing to do with this success and it’s a result of systems, processes and placing trust in the talented staff around you – namely your Treatment Coordinator.

Marcos’ team of five Treatment Coordinators see and scan every new patient at the practice. This enables Marcos to treatment plan remotely and be completely prepared for the face to face consultations that patients move on to after they have decided they are keen to proceed with one of the treatment options covered in their TCO led-consult.

He says: “It really feels as if the TCO role is about to emerge as one of the most critical roles in the dental business. When combined with the visual impact of a scanner the efficiency and increased capacity it creates is game changing.”

Marcos will be sharing his experience of ground-breaking apps, hacks and technology to adopt, combined with consultation scripting and checklists, which will ensure delegates leave the course ready to implement their new skills back in practice.

At the conclusion of the course, delegates will learn how to avoid potential friction points from their consultation process, which will help them experience growth in their Invisalign caseload without the need to invest in paid marketing. Marcos will also share details of systems and processes to enable all enquiries, sales, planning and consent to be handled efficiently and within existing capacity.

This masterclass will assist delegates to combine proven consultation workflows, an intra-oral scanner, and a dedicated treatment coordinator to create their practice’s automated ‘consultation department’ and make their scanner repay its investment many times over.

Delegates attending this 2-day Masterclass will be eligible to 14 hours of CPD at a cost of £499 incl. VAT.  The venue’s address is The L. S. Browne Centre, 17 Tully Road, Killadeas, Enniskillen, County Fermanagh, Northern Ireland BT94 1RL. To pre-register, please visit https://lsbrownecentre.com/cart/?add-to-cart=1728  for full details.
